The retailer may require you to process a claim form. Exclusions, Limitations & Requirements. This warranty does not cover damage caused by: i) improper installation, including, without limitation, failure to clean the fuel tank and inspect the fuel lines; ii) mishandling; iii) abuse; iv) casualty, including, without limitation, damage caused by collision or by acts of God. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are disclaimed as of the date this Lifetime-Limited Warranty terminates.
